I don't think his numbers are worse now than they were in August. It's normal for a cat's insulin requirements to go up and down. I see your point though. Normally, there should have been a significant improvement from a change to a low carb diet. Is there a chance that he is getting into HC food without your knowledge? When were his teeth checked last? Any kind of infection/inflammation can affect BG and dental issues are one of the reasons that aren't always obvious.they were mostly similar to the Free Libre results in early August on his sheet.
