Hi to all my LL buddies from me and Maggie,
I just wanted to stop by and post a quick update on Maggie. She was three months OTJ officially yesterday! I hope it will give some of the new Beans some encouragement. I stop by quite often and read condos but don't always post. I find I am still learning from all of you.
Maggie is doing just great and enjoying her leisurely life at the Falls. Her last bg was 106 on the Alpha Trak which is within range, as this meter reads higher than the human meter. I just bought an Accu-Chek meter as a back-up and love the way it just takes a small drop blood and the strip sucks it up so fast. All P's are in place with Maggie girl . I do have to give her a little Miralax every few days to keep her regular. She loves to eat, so no weight loss. She could stand to lose a pound or two, but I'm not pressing it. She is due for her six month senior check-up, so we'll see what the Vet says about her weight. Thanks to all who helped me with Maggie and getting her into remission. It never would have happened without LL. Take care everyone and hugs from me and Maggie!
