Bell broke that bounce really fast for a change... and then continued to bounce. But it is nice to see her not bounce for 6 cycles. Maybe this is a tiered bounce break, which we've seen before. She is doing well. I am having a problem with her eating her PMPS meal. I'm pretty sure it is the gabapentin, which I know can be nasty for cats. But she eats it fine in the morning. Maybe she is just hungrier in the morning. I will troubleshoot that problem. Most likely will divide up the dose into multiple meals at night. I tried a Churu (without the medication) and she wanted nothing to do with it (Blair liked it!). After all that I just gave her some plain food but I think I spooked her trying to get her to eat. Giving her a break now and will try again in an hour. I hope she doesn't get sick in the meantime from an empty stomach. Always something!
My parents' cat is having weight loss and fur matting issues, and bloodwork showed a 162 for BG, so I went over there today and poked Moe and he was a 90, so I think we can rule that out. I made a thread in the main forum (? - Looking for advice/guidance on my parent's cat (weight loss, extreme fur matting). Bloodwork in post.) if anyone here has advice, it would be much appreciated.
