Shadow's vet visit 12/26
Hello.
I've been delinquent keeping my posts all linked so I thought I'd correct that....
Shadow's last meal will be tonight at 8:45 pm....
She will be so unhappy tomorrow morning with no breakfast.
I will take her out there by 8:30 am and the vet will give her the pre-sedative to relax her a bit. I hold her until the moment he is ready to put her under.
It's our arrangement to keep her as calm as we can. She freaks out if she is put in a cage and her heart rate races, not so good for surgery.
I hope the tail part is super easy so he can also have time to pull a tooth, IF she needs any.
It's tail first, xrays on teeth and clean them.... and if there are any cracked teeth... pull.
I so don't want to have to take her back again for another anesthesia/surgery if he finds any cracked teeth ( feline resorptive lesions) but the clock ticks fast when
she's under.
This is her 8th surgery.
she hates it so much... and I don't blame her.
But it's necessary.
I am worried of course so I appreciate all the prayers and good dental vines....
