B4 bed last night was 309. LB activity seems normal. It must be that he can't tolerate a clean box :lol:

If we don't find more green, are we looking at another increase?

whew, glad the LB is better. :smile:

Looks like today is going in the right direction, but if you'll get some spot checks today then we can talk about a dose increase. Blue would be nice.

yes, i'd take the dose up to 6.75 units bid.
have you talked to your vet at all about buster's numbers? usually when the dose gets up there we start to think about looking into any possible underlying causes for the high numbers. cushings, acromegaly, and Insulin Auto Antibodies (IAAs) are all things to be considered.
