Yesterday's Late Night Condo (I know - how is this different than every other day?)
I can't believe it's Elvis' 80th birthday! Where has the time gone?
I was so hopeful we were headed back to the lagoon today, but Cinco appears to have made a u-turn. He just doesn't want me to get too comfortable with where he's headed, I guess. As long as he's happy and eating well, I'm not going to stress about it.
Minka ate her breakfast with enthusiasm this morning - before she got her Ond and Pepcid, too!
It always takes two or three days for the effects of the chemo to kick in, so I'm going to enjoy this while it lasts.
I spoke to the current IM resident at UCD about Harvey this morning, and she is going to get the ball rolling for his biopsy. She thinks it fell through the cracks with the holidays and Dr. Bonadio going off clinic rotation. I spent two hours filling out the paperwork for the Nutrition department, and my head was spinning, so I was delighted when she agreed to hold off on that until after the biopsy.
Sasha's appy is still a little off, but her her Hypo treats really help in getting her to finish her meal. I gave her some Ondansetron and Pepcid again today. She's otherwise fine - the Forti Flora took care of the diarrhea quickly (or it cleared up on its own - who knows?).
Sending healing vines to all in need and hugs to all their beans.
Prayers ongoing for Amy's DF, Lyresa's DF, Lisa's DF and Elise's DM.

@Ann & Tess, I may have misunderstood what the Oncologist said about Cypro and Mirtz. I will ask for clarification next Wednesday.Same class of drug? Really? My understanding was that Cypro was an antihistamine and mirtz was an anti-depressant!

Oh well, I'll have to use this one:
