Yes good numbers for T! Thank you Suzanne...I don't want him to hurt either! May have been because Ray was there. He has been accepting her more/better lately but not completely!
Yup January has been tough-glad Feb is on the horizon!

Oh good. I’m glad to hear that he was most likely just grumbling at Ray! Does he do that with Campa? Or just the pesky youngster? How is Ray doing by the way?

I’m doing okay. Had a bad weekend because my four beloved foster kittens were transported up to a shelter in New Hampshire from where they will be adopted. I was in a funk all weekend over it. I only hope and pray that the new owners will get in touch with us. It literally breaks our hearts and haunts us when we don’t hear anything. The last three gorgeous boys that we sent to a shelter in Maine on December 18 have literally disappeared as far as we are concerned. We have heard nothing from any of their adopters. The least they could do is to send us an email with a photo. We literally save these animals lives. We love them amd raise them and pour our hearts into them. We turn our house upside down for them to make room for them. We spend our own money to feed them, buy toys, etc. not to mention that we pay for all of the veterinary care they get like spaying and neutering, testing, vaccines, etc. Without us these kittens literally would be dead. Some of them have been at death’s door when we saved them. We always send a letter with background information and our contact information along with the kitties. I can’t understand someone who is so unfeeling that they can’t send us a note/photo in an email or text to say that the kitties are okay. I’m so sorry to rant. Thank you for allowing me to vent a little. I’ve almost gotten myself in tears again now just writing this, but I hope it will be cathartic to just tell someone how I feel.

Much love and many hugs to you my friend. It is understandable to want to maintain a connection! I loved Ray so much even before we dropped her into the pillowcase and brought her into the house! I hope your heart can heal as you love and care for the next ones...:bighug:
 
Thank you! You understand. I will keep going because I do it for the kitties and not for the people. If I can bless the people, then that’s just a bonus, but it’s all about the cats! In some cases though, I have made connections with some very fine people who now own and love my foster cats/kittens. I have actually made some friends among them.
