Last condo!

Didn't feed at PM +9, so perhaps this accounts for the highish AMPS? Still trying to work it out.

Healing thoughts to all of the sick kitties and hugs to you beans who love them so. Happy Caturday everyone!

She’s looking really good it definitely could be the +9. The amps can be so stubborn. Have a great weekend.
I've been alternating nights to see if there's a clear pattern with or without snacks and none has emerged yet. Will definitely try it again tonight.

From what I have seen it needs to be done consistently to see if it helps or not. :bighug:
I have a question though: Wouldn't feeding at +9 be forcing something here, sort of like feeding before a preshot to get the "right" number? Or is it a question of training the pancreas to do its thing before taking away insulin altogether? <anti-jinx> I'm curious to understand the logic/science behind this.

Apparently not. When the pancreas is working the bg drops 3 hours after eating. So eating at+9 and them being green at amps means it’s working.

So if we can succeed at getting her AMPS down with that +9 snack then that is a good sign. Gotcha! Thanks for explaining Elise! :bighug:
