I hope he can clear his bounce with the help of R and L and have a sunny day today.

Alex will be taking over at PMPS. Please keep an eye on the spread sheet as he will keep that current. He has a busy weekend and will try his best, but this forum might suffer a bit, but I'll update it as I can. He is well versed at his task ahead, so no worries. He's just not chatty.

I knew Ole was bouncing this morning (because of his behavior) so I gave him a light touch of R, perhaps too late. My flight is late this afternoon, and I will be tieing up some loose ends this am, then here for most of the day. I'm looking forward to a little R&R, especially 8 hours of continuous sleep! hahahaha

Yes, very exciting for us! We're simple folk, and that penthouse is just too rich for the likes of us!

Seeing yellow today is nice, I look forward to the day when his bounces are not so big! He was not feeling well this morning, but now he is as right as rain, well almost...

NICE slide today Ole! Now we just need you to start in sunny yellows and slide on into blue or greens! (We don't ask much, do we?)

Well Ole is bouncing away. What would you think of Alex giving Ole 7.5uL tomorrow morning. I still feel that Ole needs more insulin.

I agree Ole needs more insulin.

You will have to make a realistic assessment of Alexs' availability to monitor (and still remain gainfully employed) and you both must be comfortable that Ole will be safe with the times Alex is available to test.
Also consider when you saw action following the last few increases. Then project the same pattern following tomorrow AM being c1 of a new dose. You are returning Sunday PM? If so that would be c6.
Does Alexs schedule have flexibility should he need to guide a cycle?

Use the instincts you have developed as well as your good judgement.
Keep in mind sometimes the unexpected can happen, in spite of the best laid plans

My job required I travel at least once per quarter.
