Morning Lantus Land!

WCR - Mally is doing good this morning despite the high AMPS. A bit more hungry than she was yesterday and she's been at her breakfast bowl twice in a half hour. As a reminder, Mally and the other cats typically don't eat all their breakfast at once, but graze on it throughout the day. Mally is putting a good dent in hers this morning. She was batting at her ears a little bit this morning like she did before she went on the ear drops. I'm not sure if her ears are just sensitive to all the testing we did yesterday or if her ears are bothering her again now that she's off the drops. I looked in her ears and didn't see all that nasty gunk she had prior to going on the drops, so I'll keep an eye on this and if she continues to bat at them, I'll have her checked again. Since she ate such a hearty breakfast, I'm going to wait until +3 to test her again.

Sorry I missed the Pokefest yesterday - Look at what I missed!! So blue!!!

Glad to hear she has a good appetite today!

Are u using polysporin or neosporin for the ears to help heal the pokes?

I wonder if she will switch it up and go blue later today!! :-D

Hi Ronnie! We missed you yesterday at the poke fest. :lol:

I use neosporin on Mally's ears after each poke. I think she hates that more than the poke itself. She always shakes her head after I apply the neosporin.

I scored today at Walmart on the test strips for the ReliOn Micro. They had five boxes of strips on the shelf and I bought four. I figured I'd leave at least one on the shelf in case someone else needed them.

And look at that - she went blue again today. Yeah!!!
