Sorry, just seeing the tag. I would get a test in early on in the cycle to see what Cosmo has in mind. It must be coming up to about +1.5 now. I’d get a test now if you see this.

202 at +1.5. I’ll recheck in a few hours. Also going to apply a new Freestyle sensor today.
 
Looks like Cosmo has gone off on a moonshot tonight with his PMPS - I kinda thought that would happen. That blue is unfamiliar territory to him after all those higher numbers which his body has become accustomed to.

It make take him a while to adjust to progressively lower numbers, so just hang in there - let the bounce clear and then reassess as to the dose. He may slide back down on this dose after a day or two...and if he doesn't then an increase will be in order. But let's not rush things...just start your count over again today because he had that lovely blue start.

I saw in your comments that you're decreasing the dry treats - great on that. Just keep moving him away from those - dry treats/food is tricky and can cause delayed higher bg's - even the low carb can cause unexpected things to happen because it is digested more slowly than the wet gravy type foods...

You're doing a great job Karen..just keep up the good work and give Cosmo some scritches from me and Luci :)
