full course of meds with shot:

2.5mg prednisolone
1 denamarin tablet
1/4 cerenia tablet
.15ml injectable famotadine
1 U100 syringe B12
1 U100 syringe Bcomplex
.25ml ondansetron

found bad clumpies near her back legs so i got the full growl treatment while i clipped them and her nails.
poor kitty.
she's looking good, tho. bright eyed and bushy tailed.

And here I thought I had it tough with 2 pills and a declawed cat!!! grumpy_cat

You've got a beautiful payoff there though! cat_pet_icon

I know I have not posted in LL much but I think of you two often and am sending many snowflakes every day.

Fantastic WCR! :-D

I don't know how you LH kitty beans do it. I always say I want a LH kitty, but I wouldn't know where to begin with clumpies. I had better learn, though, since my pining for a NF cat or a MC does not seem to be subsiding. ;-)

i've learned my lesson. if you want a MC or NF cat, get a boy, cassandra. they are much mellower & more social (even 2 boys vs girl & boy). prob with her hair is bobby. his sneak attacks and kicking with his feet really snarl the hair. i'd invest in a furminator, too, with a longhaired kitty. helps a ton.

back from oncologist. red blood cell count better, no signs of fever/infection, so she got her CCNU. BUT creatinine out of whack at 2.5. she's never been past 1.4 or 1.5. hoping it's just the high protein dry food so we're stopping the max kitten component so she gets just wellness core. may switch to evo dry, coz it has less protein than wellness core but i'm still not sure protein is an issue. onco vet mentioned KD catfood but i put kibosh on idea.
her USG was low, too, so we have to monitor. i suggested 75ml LRs BID instead of 100ml SID, like i did when she had ketones at diabetes diagnosis, but onco doesn't think that's necessary.

Edited to add: her ALT was down even more, to 106 (carolynandlatte that means she went down almost 450 points with denamarin and B12 and Bcomplex to support the liver). so that's exciting news! :)

I agree - the wegie boys are very mellow although I suspect it depends on the breeder and how well their socialized. (Gizmo is a wegie and a very sweet boy.)

I hope Cleo is feeling better.
