oh good.. woof.Not too much as long as his heart is good. There are different opinions among vets on this. Some say that you should never exceed 100 mL. Some will go with the 10 mL per Lb. I have to admit that, some of my cats who were big have done great on 120 mL (that is all I was willing to give) but other cats whom I was told to give 120-150 mL to got pleural effusion (BUT nobody told me she had developed dilated cardiomyopathy.
