09/20 Bibbles pmps 170

Had our first test after a week on Lantus, vet is happy that he is at 170 (down from 530) and encourages home testing too. He said he will even show me. And Mr. Bibbles behaved himself today at the vet.
 
It's only the first test, hopefully this will set a precedent!

I know, I know:) It's been a crazy week, trying to read and learn as much as I can to help him and of course I'm actually busy at work for once, normally I can spend some time on other things. Spreadsheet is my next step.

Glad you got to test him, Just a thought bout the BGs though...they are not the same throughout the day....they change from both the insulin and food, so we test throughout the AM./PM cycles at regular intervals.

Ok just took a moment to put in the spreadsheet, trying to read through the testing information today. Just crazy at work and home too...just left a job candidate sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes because I forgot she was supposed to show up at 9 am.
