Jackson crawled up on me this morning at 4:45am and slept on me for a bit before it was time to get up.
That's so sweet when he does that. Normally he sleeps on his bed on the floor. I would like him to sleep with me more often.
Mystery solved on why Jackson was in attack mode at my screen door two mornings ago:
Last evening, my nextdoor neighbor who walks her dog before and after work told me that yesterday (09/01) she saw Jackson outside. I said "Was it in the morning?" and she said yes. I said he was in my house attacking the screen door because there was something out there. She said she saw something that was black and white. I'm sure it wasn't a skunk, but could have been. I love skunks.
A much better AMPS this morning. Two days bagel free now. Lets keep this trend going, boy.

I had to call her back. One time she got too close to a baby, with the expected results. At least with her long hair I could cut off the worst of it.
