Going to the farmers market this morning. I need some yellow beans. To make Hodge Podge for supper.
Hodge Podge is an Atlantic recipe. You take new mini potatoes, green yellow beans, carrots and peas. Put them in a pot with water. Cook til done add milk and butter onion salt and pepper. Simmer til warm. Have chicken or whatever you like with it.
