Ok another low number, I tested 30 min early cause I had a feeling I might get a low number.

10 minutes until shot time. I can test again without food maybe?

UPDATE: 20 min later test also at 86.
I just fed and shot full dose on time.

I have cats in the kitchen weruva pouches. Never given. Variety pack. Carb % attached.
Also have FF gravy 15%, also never fed.
And honey and karo

I will need some help tonight. I will be around all night but have no exp with feeding him any carbs or this new food so that’s what I will need help with if he dips. Uncharted territory for me.

Ok Here’s what I’ve got so far:
+11.5 @86
PMPS also @86
Fed usual LC 1/4 meal and loaded auto feeder.
It goes off every hour last feed at +4.
I took my eye off him and he ate my other cat’s
food at shot time, not sure how much prob a couple tbsps.
Shot full dose 2u on time.
30 min until +1

The other food was the same, his usual LC.
So should I just not let him eat the next 1/4 food scheduled to go off at +1 in the auto feeder?

I usually test him when the feeder goes off while he is eating, but I don’t have to.

oh I see, no he is always ravenous and won’t fill up. lol that’s not an issue

I will just turn off the auto feeder, that way we know what to feed and when

+2 @125
Not sure how long his food bumps are. Think that big meal 2 hours ago wore off by now and we are looking at his numbers going up unrelated to food bump?

Yes he got his feeder +2.
Why do you think he is doing nicely on this cycle? because the numbers are pretty flat?

he’s had similar cycles and just when he looks like he is gonna clear and hang out in the blues he pops back up to high pinks. I’m really hoping this dose will be productive but I’ve just gotten used to him bouncing so much, I don’t know.

The cycle is looking like a repeat of 7/11. Nadiring at the end of the cycle and then heading up gradually.

Do not be disheartened. FD is a marathon, not a sprint. His numbers are looking much better. So much more blues and long stretches of them. It is just a matter of him getting used to greens like he has to blues.

Yep it does look like 7/11. maybe this time he will stop being a bouncy baby boy and give me his first blue AMPS!

Thanks for the words of encouragement. Think I need a +3? Or just +4 or 5?
