Hello everyone,
It's been long time since I haven't posted here so today I was thinking to tell how we were doing lately. After he got pancreatitis, we increase insulin gradually up to 0.75 u. Then, because his pancreatitis was healing, we started decreasing insulin down to 0.1. Soon after that his stomatitis got worse, he stopped eating, drinking. Dose insulin had to be increased again. Went to the vet, did blood work and she prescribed cyclosporine again with no antibiotics. I was struggling to feed Felix for about 2 weeks. Cyclosporine started to make him nausea and vomiting. In the meantime I was doing some research on Facebook stomatitis groups and I found information about Gingivix. Send it to my vet and she said to try. So I ordered online. When i got it I stopped cyclosporine, put him on doxycare plus meloxicam for 7 days and Gingivix. One day after antibiotics he started to eat slowly by himself. He completed 1 week on Gingivix and he is doing well. We have 11 weeks to go on Gingivix and lots of hope.We are at 0.5 u insulin, with great numbers for a week and tomorrow I will try, again, to reduce dose by 0.25. While on Gingivix, he needs blood labs, specially for kidney and liver parameters.
Those are his last results from bloodwork.
Any advise or thoughts will be appreciated! Thank you.

I'm glad you've found solution that seems to be helping him. Is he eating his full daily amount of calories on his own again now?
