What dose will I administer on Monday?
And how as it will be such a small amount?

Next dose is 0.10U

Not an easy dose to eyeball. Some people count drops - that is, you practise squeezing equal sized drops and see how many drops are in 0.25u. 0.10u would be half the number of drops. Not easy to do either!

Watch out for syringes with zero errors since that can affect the accuracy of the dose.

We're gonna try our best on Monday.
Also do we have to stay on that dose for a full week? I've seen some people only do few days before moving on to OTJ trial?

You need a full week at 0.10 unless there’s a drop under 50. You want a strong remission so you don’t want to jinx it by stopping too soon. If the green string continues you won’t need to do a drop dose.
