Still a fair bit of black gunk in but doesn’t seem to bother him as it was…by which I mean not itchy

but am wondering what to use on the one am testing him on…anything you use ?

Ketones level zéro traces so touch wood

Have you ever tried any of the Zymox products? The have some enzymatic ones and some both with and without hydrocortisone. You know the hydrocortisone ones would probably raise BG so you want to steer away from those if possible. Here's their website
