Yesterday's Condo

I slept on the couch because I don't trust waking up to my alarm clock from my comfy bed, yet. Although I keep waking up 2 minutes before the alarm goes off, so I think I need to learn to trust myself ;-) I woke up at +11.75 to J.D. going around cleaning all the cat bowls. He ate a good 1st Breffis. His fur is soft, and he had a perfect poo this morning.

Right now he is laying in his doggy bed.

J.D. has his blood work, urinalysis, and blood pressure appointment in less than two hours. I hope all is well and good.

He always goes down after a visit to the vet.

The vet said his blood pressure was excellent. His weight is good. He got a little ear wax taken out of his right ear, but she said he does not need drops. He didn't have enough pee to give, so I came home with a sterile container to get a sample. I'll get the blood work results back tomorrow. Knock On Wood that they are good.

:-D Love seeing pictures of JD and Ginger! Nice report on Mr. J.D. this morning, especially the perfect poo! Glad to see the vet visit went well. Nice +4 too!

Detective Poo always like to read a good report in her department. :lol: :lol: And all the others are good too. :-D :-D Maybe we should take Zener to the vet to get his BG to come down. :lol: :lol: Great pics too. Looks like a beautiful day. :-D

I always love to see pictures of J.D. and Ginger out on their walks. It just amazes me how you get a cat to walk on a harness and a leash.

I just love the way you take J.D. and Ginger for walks. He looks like he enjoyed rolling in the driveway in the sun. That first picture makes him look like a mega cat, but I'm sure it's just the camera angle, since the vet said he weight was good (of course, the camera does add 10 pounds! :lol: )

Thanks for the BW vines. I did get a pee sample and took it to the vet this afternoon.

He had a nice blue day.


J.D. did look like he ate a whole chicken for breakfast in that photo, but he had a big belly and was resting over the edge of the doggy bed. He does have a waddling belly a little sometimes (and maybe that's why that neighbor once asked me if "she" was pregnant), but you can feel his backbone and all the vets say it is normal and just gravity.

Speaking of pregnant kitties: On the TinyKittens video, the momma cat Caly had some discharge and someone said her water broke, so it looks like it will be soon kitten time :). She looks like she ate a watermelon. The Dancing Kittens

I have to go visit my neighbors now quickly before PMPS. I will be cat sitting for their 3 cats for the next two weeks (at least), so I may be posting less than normal :-| .
 
J.D. didn't quite get to green today, but he lingered close.

I never received a call from the vet regarding the urinalysis, but I will hear from her tomorrow.

J.D. has not eaten as much as I would like tonight, but he ate okay during the day.

I did have good luck with Verizon. I took my phone there and they were able to get the back off to get the battery out, and now it is working again, and now I have my alarm clock back :) :)

I hope J.D.'s blood work all comes back fine. I hate the waiting.

Everything sounds so good in today's condo!!!!!
Good appy, good BP, perfect poo, soft fur. It's like Christmas morning!

I hope the B/w results come back perfect.

The picture of "Ginger On Walk" is funny.
Maybe it's the name.... looks like something my Ginger would do.
 
What a great WCR this morning. It's great to hear he is doing so well. Paws crossed for outstanding BW!

I also love the photos. They look like beautiful, happy, healthy cats :-D
 
Hi Dyana,

I'm saying a little prayer for you and J.D. that his bloodwork comes back with good news. I know how nerve-wracking it can be.

He's a cutey! I walk my cats on a leash too...they love it! Although I think they would rather just be free to roam;)
