Yes he has been keeping his food down, he's been eating dr elseys dry & baby food. He would barely eat anything @+8 I ended up giving him his chicken that he eats for treats. Today they are 330am & 3pm. I didn't give him his morning shot & now he's at 232 so I have to give him his PM shot. I just hope I can get him to eat something. Is it to soon to give him the cerenia? He had it at 8pm last night, it is 12 noon now. @Suzanne & Darcy

I would give him the Cerenia about an hour before he eats just to be on the safe side.

Ok that's in 10mins. He just had diarrhea, I'm assuming from the Dr elsey's.

I went ahead & gave it to him, I had to force him to eat it but we got it down & then he ate 3 more on his own.

Force him to eat the Cerenia? Cerenia tastes awful /very bitter. Normally, I put it into a size 4 gelcap so my cats can’t taste it. But since Panzer is taking it in a pill pocket, I don’t know if it would work. If he is still gobbling the pill pockets whole it would- but it sounds like he’s not anymore. How did you get it in him? A wrestling match?

Hope the diarrhea is just the Dr. Elsey’s if he’s never had it before and his tummy is not accustomed to it.

He's never had it before, he's sleeping now but sat up when I shook the bag of pill pocket treats.

He was on the kitchen counter & I just kept putting it in his mouth until he chewed it all up, then layed another one on the counter & he ate it & then another one.

I think it would have been more of a challenge if he didn't feel so yucky. He's eating a little better now. He ate a whole jar of baby food & a little bit of fancy feast with parmesan cheese on it.
