So this is even with a CS dose last night of a skinny 5u so I think today I will go to 6u and see how she is this evening. Maybe then there will be a bit less jumping in dose tonight ? Wow - tough to keep on top of... haha

Yes - I am just trying to get my head around this so that I understand better what to do in the future. It is tricky stuff :)
 
It won't happen the same way twice, so don't become too wound up in trying to read what's happening. If she has less output of GH, you just have to work around it, no two times are the same. If she suddenly starts putting out more, the same rule applies, you'll have to play catch-up and no two times will be the same. Just do what you can to keep her out of trouble. Deal with the high numbers when they show and get her back to normal when you can. You're dealing with a fluctuating hormone that you can not see or predict so nothing you do will be wrong.
