Butters & Lyla

Yesterday was a doozy.
Overnight, I monitored butters and her leaky tush, bathed her (thank you gabapentin for helping with that), tucked her into a towel/blanket/puppy pad nest in the dollhouse bathroom, and slept for about 90 minutes before waking up to do her insulin
.
Today, her tush has stopped leaking from the enema. Yay for that. She had a pancake poop this morning. I have puppy pads all over almost everything but I'm still keeping her confined to the bathroom unless I'm around to supervise. Which I am for the most part.
Thanks for all of the advice on how y'all manage your own cats' bowel health. Seems that just pumpkin isn't going to cut it for butters anymore, so today I'll be researching fish oils and whatnot
. I happen to have a call set up with her naturopathic vet for Monday, so timing is perfect for me to bounce ideas off of her.
Have a great day, all.
