Oh my I should’ve gave Molly kibble :banghead:. Now trying to train her back to eating moist. But what do you do if they’re sick? Don’t eat I read I should’ve gave her chicken?
She did eat her moist food this morning

Better to eat kibble and be high today than nothing and get too low! Maybe boiled chicken is what I’ve heard? But if she was sick, maybe she wouldn’t have wanted it anyway, so no harm no fowl. ;)

My thoughts exactly, she gets spurts like this. I did try the boiled chicken before I remember. Went in the garbage what a waste

I haven't checked in on Molly for a few days. Was she sick? Is she all better now? You will be able to get her back to eating wet food, I'm sure. If her appetite is back, she will want to eat. Fancy Feast Savory Salmon Feast is something my sick cats will usually eat. Otherwise something like Hills A/D, which is extremely palatable and most cats love it -- it is a wet food available through your vet or by prescription only. I always try to keep a few cans on hand. Royal Canin makes another recovery formula called RC, I think. My cats prefer the A/D. The A/D is very high in calories and is designed to get nutrition into cats who aren't eating.

She was sick Saturday morning and all day Sunday. She only puked twice, but wasn’t eating much. I thought maybe it was the treats ( freeze dried) or a bad can of Fancy feast. I fed her dry glucose from Hills. She’s been drinking water. But I assume that’s from the kibble. She’s pooping peeing and eating a little bit of the moist. But wants the kibble
