So basically what I am doing now is once I see him start to rise, figure no reason to keep checking and can spare his little ears. Or do you think I should still get a random check later in the cycle?

Not necessary. You aren't missing any lows and a combination of bouncing and carbs keeps him going up after his nadir.

Not really, its actually not been to bad. Just more I feel bad doing it often. PMPS was 107, will check a +1

That PMPS is a surprise! Did you change his feeding times in the AM cycle?

Still same feeding schedule, he got a little bit at +2 and +3 when we got those numbers, but nothing out of the ordinary.
