holding steady today- which is why I switched back to lantus from caninsulin - I wanted those gentle curves. While caninsulin gave lower individual #s (Nov/Dec 2022 tab), they quickly jumped back up again. Hopefully we can start to see lower steady #s soon.
No significant decrease or increase in BGs on day 2 of 3U. I will update the SS.

@Wendy&Neko can Bubba go up to 3.5U tomorrow if he's still over 300 tonight? Or would it be better to hold the dose for the full 6 cycles?

I’d rather hold the dose for another day for the full 6 cycles. See what tomorrow brings with another day at 3U.

Spreadsheet isn't showing the units given the last couple days.

TR does allow for accelerated increases with guidance, if the numbers are all over 300, but it's best not to do that for all increases. Good idea to hold for six cycles every other increase. Having said that, the last one was 8 cycles, so could go up tomorrow. Your choice if you want to hold another day - may depend on ability to monitor.

He is staying well over 300. You want to get him to a good dose soon. I would not hold the dose more than 6 cycles unless you see anything below 200.
