Thank you for asking! If you saw him in person you'd understand. He is huge, about 24 lbs. Alot of his mass his fur though. When he gets a lion cut, he looks like a butterball turkey. We adopted him about the time of Gladiator the movie and my son was taking Latin, so mythology was inspiration for names. His littermate who crossed the rainbow bridge was named Hermes.

ahh I thought so - lol I was gonna say he sounds like a gladiator too!
I have a long haired civvie who gets the lion cut too - butterball piggy is what she looks like to me lol
