I added a unit to his dose and he is down somewhat, hopefully he wont go too low today and bounce himself into the black again.
Has anyone else noticed skin lesions where they give lantus? Pippin is developing itchy black sores where he recieves his injections, they are about the size of a pencil eraser and driving him nuts scratching at them. I put on some anti itch lotion as they are in a spot he cant reach to lick but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
 
Hope Pippin comes down nicely today. Can't say about the black spot, Deb. I use Lev and Spot is doing nicely...no marks, nuttin. Sorry. Hope you can figure this one out.
 
He is slowly heading up all day, 291 at last check but was vomiting a bit earlier, heaving for about 1/2 hour but not bringing much up. Dont know what caused that, he didnt go way down or up or anything, hoping he can be ok until the vet opens on monday.
 
Last half of his day was spent in the high 500's, dont know what to make of the past few days, hes off on a tangent again it seems.
 
Hope he stops all the bouncing for you. You certainly are trying to get some regulation. Steady vibes being sent to Pip. Hope he improves Deb.
