I didn’t. ?? As always, with the microdose, there may have been a slight difference in dose. I draw to (approximately) the same mark, but the syringes are variable a bit in markings. Can be a drop, or portion thereof, off from one to the next. I have thrown out some syringes after drawing, counting drops, and finding the results visually questionable. Without any meds, she is acting like she feels a bit better.
