I 'm feeding around 65 to make sure he is not fallen below 50. Maybe if I stop the feeding and see the real numbers or I should give him 1u next time?

Feeding what? If LC, you could still try an increase.

I’ll let you decide. You are there with him and know what you are feeding but if you are only feeding a little more than LC at the 65, you still have some room to increase if you want.

It's hc in gravy. He is free feeding and giving him only 3 teaspoons hc. But I'll increase the dose. Thank you!!
