Sorry for not posting for long time. I was cut up with work and home problems in top of carrying for Felix. I didn't do CT scan for him in the end. I have discussed with few vet and they said CT won't help him in treating this type of carcinoma. In the meantime Felix was again on antibiotics for a week and this time didn't worked. So after 2 weeks I decided to give him Convenia (that was yesterday). About a week ago I also decided to put him on CBD oil 1 dropx3/day (after insulin and lunch time) and curcumin Phytosome meriva Jarrow formula once a day, 3 hours after AM insulin. Sometimes looks like is working Sometimes I fell is not. I got 2 readings over 140 (one at +6 night cycle and one AMPS) but i was using stripes out of date
and I thought that was the reason. On 03/15 pm shot i think i got a furr shot! I am not sure. On 03/16 I did a curve and you can see the results. I still use nonsteroids antiinflamator (meloxicam) half dose daily, skipping maybe once or twice a week. I am trying to reduce it but after a day i can see he is in pain and he is not eating, he is drooling so I go back to meloxicam.
Looks to me that CBD oil and curcumin powder changed the way insulin works. What do you think? He is getting 0.25 u for quite some time and every time when I start to count that 7 days to try a reduction, blues are coming up. I think, because of his carcinoma, he will stay on this dose forever! Again, i would like to know your opinion and if you have some advice for me.
