whew.

i miss just having to come on here.. and putting up a thread.. filling the SS.. now w all the new things.. i mean to do the SS and plum forget.. but i try to update it soon as i remember..
the kidney board thinks something might be going on that isnt easy to see/something being missed.. want me to upload his records and tests... they just trying to help.. but i gotta scan it all, omit contact info etc.. im sure theres an easier way but idk it. on me too if the antibiotic is good enough and about his hypertension (i tried getting help treating it and feel like maybe thats why we here in the damn first place. cause vets are garbage and treating nugget, or any cat or animal for BP, is complicated because the readings generally arent correct (stress, etc inflates numbers…. nugget years ago was so stressed one time, he left little sweat paw prints on the exam table…..
)
all in all, this has been strange to me since the whole thing began. idk why hes dealing w this and we’re dealing w this. maybe lack of a/c stressed him.. maybe the diabetes but thats been managed well a long time.. he never had issues w his little kidneys. i understand tho things dont show til late.. but the kidney board been telling me its weird and fast. im wondering if it lies somewhere between probably the hypertension period and the increase in meds the Opthamalogist didnt have any business doing considering his white coat syndrome and the fact they dont treat hypertension or know much about it.. i was told this eventually by a vet there. considering symptoms didnt show until he was on like 3 pills of Amlodipine.. hypertension, meds, and hypotension can adversely affect the kidney.. and because he wasnt on the floor, i didnt realize how tired it made him.. side effects.. because i was told how dangerous hypertension is and trying to save his vision, which didnt even come back anyway.. idk if he went pretty low, but i really think he was. i then insisted, see if reducing would help his symptoms, and reduced.. but it too late. (also, later at the vet when he had a pressure test, he was like 140… and that was w the stress of the vet. that bothered me and i immediately took him down again…... but idk.) then an infection maybe.. it is or was? it lies somewhere…….. amidst all of this.
if anything, maybe kidneys mightve been tottering…. but something pushed it. this has not been a good time. i feel im just watching him decline and making him comfortable in the interim… its miserable.
sigh.. numbers ok.. nice. thinking to do little increase tho maybe tmw..
sigh.
