Just jumping on here to say hello and check in with everyone.
Hopefully everyone's holidays are going well. Please find time to relax and look after yourself as well. As caregivers it's easy to forget we need care too.
We're having a snow storm in and around Toronto so I'm lucky to be at home today. Boys definitely know how to do snow day right and here's proof (pics below)
Also conducting a small poll today as it seems there is a pattern and few of us experienced this today. How weird

They are so adorable! How on earth do you have a Christmas tree standing??? Mine used to either sit in the lower branches, or eat it, even though it was fake.

Oh yeah you can create any poll about anything. That's always been an option on top there just haven't used it. But today seemed like a good day for it haha

Oh yeah my boys are angels. They don't mess with a lot. They ignore the tree and ornaments (even though they're plastic, just in case)

I don't even bother putting up a tree any more. It's enough for me to keep the regular household stuff intact (and out of their mouths and intestines!), not to mention the kind of havoc my monkeys would wreak on a Christmas tree and ornaments.

Why buy cat beds when the best place to sleep is a used box?

My now retired vet used to call these two weeks the time for turkey pancreatitis and chocolate/inappropriate plant digestion issues. Hope that's not the cause of any "yes" in your poll above.

@Tim & Pookey I've seen a few polls before, but not any that made much sense. This one is good for a laugh.

Mine was a hairball. I'm suspecting Nestle cause Peanut never throws up.

Stay warm! We're still in the upper 70s here, but looks like that's going to change Monday. I somehow completely forgot to give them their new Christmas beds! Maybe once its drops down in temp after the weekend.

Also, I had mentioned the ornament idea you posted to my family and when my mom came over tonight, she brought two clear ornaments from the dollar tree. Looks like ill be making a Flare and Xander ornament for next year

I feel that same way about the sweltering heat/humidity and hurricane season!

I’m so glad they don’t mess with your tree or decorations
If I had a tree, I’m sure Ivy would mess with it.
When she was a kitten she climbed curtains and latched onto a shade.
She was a wild one
Now she mostly sleeps and doesn’t cause trouble. My little old lady
