Yes, something in the +6 - +8 range. I'm just thinking that if you're considering adjustments in the future, it would be nice to know what he's actually doing in the p.m. cycle on this dose. I suspect he might be nadiring at +2/+3 then going up and maybe just remaining flat with a slight rise to his AMPS. But it's hard to tell without the data.I can't do an overnight curve, I could do one during the day though. Or I could just do a PM +2, +6, +10
ok great I'll try to get a +6 and +10 tonight!Yes, something in the +6 - +8 range. Are you doing the +9 LC snack? I think someone here might have mentioned it to you before? It's a strategy that cats on small doses (like Corv) try that encourages their end cycle numbers to drop a bit. It doesn't work for Jude, though, and that might be because he wasn't on a super low dose like Corv is.
Nothing after the +9 LC snack. It's a good little experiment to try to see if you can get those end cycle numbers down even lower.ok great I'll try to get a +6 and +10 tonight!
I hadn't heard of the +9 LC snack but will give it a try. probably won't be able to today but will try tomorrow!
Your idea of a snack at +9 is what I would have suggested. His numbers are great - just his preshots need to come down. Not that they're very much over the normal range.Nothing after the +9 LC snack. It's a good little experiment to try to see if you can get those end cycle numbers down even lower.
@Bandit's Mom, do you have any suggestions for how Jud can tweak Corv's treatment to inch him closer to remission?
we have one but the other cats will eat it! i’m gonna not do +9 at night to have it as my control group to see for sureIf you can try the +9 on the pm cycle, that will probably tell you if it's the food. Also, some folks use automatic feeders for late night snacks.
remember though: the AMPS is often influenced by the dawn phenomenon, so it's probably not the best control.we have one but the other cats will eat it! i’m gonna not do +9 at night to have it as my control group to see for sure
