4/3 Petey AMPS 190

Snow and freezing rain!? You must be getting what we had yesterday - it was a truly crazy experience. And now we're expecting highs of 66F (19C)!
Hope Petey can rest up and surf along :bighug:

(Side note, I think your last post is linking to something from Jan)

Good catch, my friend.... my phone has that Jan link auto populate for some reason.

Soooo over this weather, give me sunshine! How's your research and decision making going? :bighug:

4/2 Post

Happy Thursday! Petey got a little sore from his circus act yesterday but he'll rest up today with the snow and freezing rain.

:bighug:
Safe surfing! I'm so tired of the snow/freezing rain, where the heck is spring?! I want to go outside! I need to assess my garden, I have a feeling a lot of stuff didn't make it through this nasty winter we had

If your tomorrow is like my today, you're in for some sunshine for sure!!

Research and decision making is going well but I'm still a bit confused! I think it's actually leading me to finally making the call to switch vets. I think ultimately I want to do the ultrasound but I think this also requires more trust in my vet to help with a course of action, and I don't currently have that. I connected with a different vet after all the chaos and we actually have a work connection (although I'm not in medicine or anything). They seem lovely and apparently have a great rep in the industry. I'm feeling very hopeful but a switch is a big move, so waiting to have further discussions with them and making notes to come prepared with questions.

Thanks for checking in :bighug:

Petey's still in the blues, which is great! I hope he'll dip down a bit lower for you today.

We have a high of 88 here today. This is our spring. It's not a normal spring; it's summer for a lot of folks. But it's the only spring we typically get. Stay warm!

Trusting your vet is really important. I don't have that either but all my preferred choices are not taking new patients.

If you do the ultrasound I'd go right to a specialist. If you're going to pay top dollar you may as well have the best!

88 would be sooooo nice! But the weather today is in my favor for keeping the Petester tame.

I'm using a relion meter today, not sure if that's why he's running a little high or a new bounce level.
