1. How to post the latest ss or add data on the signature for the spreadsheet? does it copy once I updated the ss from google drive?
2. Is lactulose ok to use for contipation on diabetic cats?
3. How often can we feed our cat? I feed him raw/cooked meat with ez complete.
4. Does anyone know if ez complete is high in carbs? That is what I feed him and I don't know if that what is causing my cat to have HI preshots.

When I open your spreadsheet, I see data from 1/25 to 2/22. Anything that you add, should be included on the spreadsheet.

Lactulose should not have an effect on blood glucose levels. On occasion, some cats do have higher BG levels but it is not a typical response.

You can feed your cat as often as you like. The only time you do not want to feed is in the two hour window prior to shot time.

EZ complete is fine for a diabetic cat. Many of us with diabetic cats have used it.

Unless you can update your spreadsheet, there's not a way for any of us to help you to figure out why Tobby's numbers are high. There can be a several reasons but we need to see the numbers. I'm not sure why you lowered his dose from 5.5u to 1.5u back in February. To be honest, he may need to be tested for a high dose condition but I would want to see what his spreadsheet looks like now. I'd also encourage you to post more often.

I agree with Sienne.
Seeing that sea of black BG numbers is very concerning.
Reducing the dose risks your kitty developing ketones in the urine which can be dangerous. Are you testing for them with Ketostix?
Please update your SS. If you can’t I’ll ask @Bandit's Mom to help you.

I am trying to figure out how to update Tobby's ss to share. It won't let me add from the signature. It went down to 1.5 because of the other group I joined had told me to restart again at 1 unit. I told them if i can start at 1.5u because I think it is not enough based on HI results, peeing and drinking a lot. They thought that I was increasing too fast and had missed the correct dose for him. Has cats on lantus go higher?

I just updated the spreadsheet. From last conversation, I was told to go up to 5 units. He is now at 5 units. Is 5 units too high being on lantus? Psyllium husk, D-mannose, kibow fortis, coconut oil, Feline renal support, visbiome probiotic are the supplements I give and I wonder if these affect his sugar. I give them in am before checking BG. I am wondering if lantus is not working on Tobby. What do you think about Vetsulin?

The link in your signature is the shareable link that anyone can view but not edit.

Open the link in your signature. At the top right corner of the page is a blue Log In button. Click on that and enter your email address and password, whatever you used to create your Google account with. Then you are able to edit your spreadsheet. Changes are automatically saved.

I got it. thanks.

Different cats need different doses. Some cats need a lot of insulin especially if they have a secondary condition such as Acro.
I think you have just not reached the best dose yet.
As you are following TR I would increase the dose to 5.5 units bd.
What do you think about Vetsulin?
Vetsulin is not a cat insulin and we do not recommend it for cats.
It is a dog insulin

ok thanks.
I am confused as the group does not recommend vetsulin for cats since it is a dog insulin but there are informations about vetsulin in this group and some cats are using vetsulin. Not to think about lantus which is a human insulin and yet we use them for cats. ????
