Alicia & Kit cat (GA)

Hi all - I've been meaning to check in on folks more. Partly I was grieving, but then work started back up and has been pretty busy.
But! I wanted to show you the new babies Eric and I got. OK, they're not actually babies, but they feel so young compared to Kit's old lady self.
We have Petunia, who is 4. She loves to snuggle and be where the humans are, but is also definitely a fan of zooming.
This is her being very cute and trying to convince Eric to share his food (he did not - we told her it was too spicy and has onions lol)
Vegas is 2, and she was my first choice. Which means of course she prefers snuggling with Eric at night. She's a wild and crazy tortie who wants to be in EVERYTHING.
They aren't a bonded pair, but because we brought them home at the same time, they've settled in pretty well. They like to chase each other, and sometimes do little swats - no hissing or angry noises, and it never stops them from continuing some chases. I'm hoping we see some cuddles in the future.
We forgot how exuberant kittens can be, and I'm having to retrain my brain on normal pee amounts, and boy is weird to have kitties that LOVE to eat. They're such a chaotic delight, and it's been great to figure out their personalities.
I have intentions of being better at checking on folks, but the semester has started off with us being behind from the get go because of construction/renovation delays, so most of the time by the time I get home and just feel like hiding in a good book. But I hope folks are doing well, and please know I'm thinking of y'all and sending good vibes.
