Yes, It's possible he went lower than 159 last night and lower than 108 today and is bouncing from there. What are the times at which he gets food?

He eats his main meal at AMPS and PMPS. I give him 1.5 cans of LC canned food (2.8oz each can). Then he gets his churu mixed with probiotics & fiber at +2, and then I divide the other 0.5 can into 4 small portions and auto feeder releases food at +4, +6 + 8, and +10. I think he is happier with the current schedule and it definitely helped his curve stay flat in the last a few days.

Update: +3 at 359. Going to bed and will test at AMPS.

Do you think it might be worth it to look into Tresiba? That was the alternative mentioned in Levemir's discontinuing statement.
We have had a small handful of cats on Tresiba, and there is a forum for them. You may with to read a few of the posts there. Unfortunately it's not a busy forum, no posters that I know of that are currently active here. And we don't have a dosing protocol for it though one of the members did write up some tips.

Looking at his recent curves, do you think his BG resembles that of a Acromegaly cat?
He looks like a cat with some type of condition(s) causing insulin resistance. Only testing will tell you what kind.

Thank you. We will get some testing done for him. I guess it's better to know and get treatment started...
