@Bandit's Mom or anyone else that would like to respond . Great day yesterday just hoping he has a great day today as well and wish the same for all the kitties .
But sadly today he is bouncing again amps 253 and +4 313 . Why ??? Is he even higher than amps and it seems like every single green he sees he pays for it for the following couple of days .Beautiful greens yesterday!![]()
Unfortunately, that’s just how it is for a lot of us.But sadly today he is bouncing again amps 253 and +4 313 . Why ??? Is he even higher than amps and it seems like every single green he sees he pays for it for the following couple of days .
Yes I understand . It’s just so frustrating isn’t it ?Unfortunately, that’s just how it is for a lot of us.
For me after only 4 months I am coming to accept them. Given Mac is 16 1/4 and I am 71 I don't think I can get him into remission because I can't handle the multiple limes that are required for it and then no guarantees. But for a younger person and a younger cat it might be worth it. Mac is happy and still healthy if I can keep his numbers green -yellow most of the time.Yes I understand . Exactly right for our old boys Jill! I used to go out of my head because I wanted remission for him so badly, but now at 17 1/2 all I want is for him to have the majority of numbers good and stay healthy as long as possible. It would be interesting to know how old the oldest diabetic we've had on here is/was and how many years they were on insulin. For me after only 4 months I am coming to accept them.
