I’d be tempted to try .50 based upon nadirs but there’s that 135. @Bandit's Mom @Wendy&Neko thoughts? At least it’s clear an increase is not needed.

He eats every 4 hours. We set his AF for his 2:30am meal.

No. I was shocked when I saw that number. My only thought was maybe because he went down to 54 the night before, but wouldn’t it have affected his AMPS?

I guess you could try the reduction and see how it goes. The low should have impacted the AMPS. But you didn't get any early cycle tests that AM cycle, possible he went lower sometime in there.
