She’s at 50! Should I shoot the full dose? I realized too late I should stall, but I let her eat a couple bites of food just now bc she was crying.

It's late in the cycle and she might not need carbs to keep her surfing. You could feed her a little MC (10-12%) now and then call it a night. Leave out some LC food.

Well done on managing this situation.
A few days ago I had a 50 PS. We've had low numbers before but not 50, and I found it a bit unsettling vent though by now I'm pretty confident with managing Fistuk Dx.
Falafels' numbers are great!
