Increasing the dose:
  • Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
    • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
    • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.

You COULD hold the dose a few more cycles but I'd say that if you don't see much change this afternoon go ahead and increase .25 - I'm no expert though.

Yep, thats what I was thinking. And those are the instructions Im reading as well. I have them printing out and propped up in front of me. The thing that confuses me is these two statements. You only quoted the top part, but it says this other part below it.
"Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit."
and "Increase by 0.25 unit after 3 days (6 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are greater than 200, but less than 300."
So are both of these right? So you increase if nadirs are less than 200, AND more than 200, but less than 300.

It's good you increased. She is not new to greens, so your goal for a dose should be greens and not blues.

Btw, a request wrt the SS - could you add a new column next to AMPS/PMPS for the shot times? It's a little difficult to read the dose right now. I can help you with if you'd like...

Its not difficult to read for me, but I guess I can add an extra row. Not exactly sure how to do it. I haven't worked with spreadsheets much. I tried to highlight a section to copy once and really messed it up. I finally found the undo button and got it back to where it was.

Happy to do it for you. I have sent you a request for edit access to your SS.

Made the changes. Take a look. It's easier to count the cycles on a dose and see exactly when a dose change has been made. Less chance of errors for those of us who are giving dosing advice :)
Yes, I was on there when you were changing things. Saw you fixing it at lightning speed! Thanks so much for doing this. I really appreciate it. It does look better.
