I've merged your two threads of the day into one. There are so many people/cats posting here that it's easier to keep track of things if we are only dealing with one daily thread. When you have a new question during the day, just go the first post of the thread, use the Thread Tools drop down (top right) and select Edit Thread. That lets you change the subject line. For a question, change the title prefix to "?" and modify the subject line to paraphrase the question. When it's been answered, remove the "?" title prefix so we know you have an answer. Some of us scan all threads of the day looking for questions and it's less work if we know someone else has already answered the question.
As to you question, with TR, we hold all doses at least six cycles/three days. Depending on the nadirs, we may hold it longer. With a green nadir, which you saw on the PM cycle of 2/16, you hold for 10 cycles or five days. Not all nadirs have to be green, you want to answer the question "how low can this dose take my cat". Right now she could still be bouncing, hence the higher numbers. We want to see where the nadirs end up when the bounce is over. So it's time to wait at least 5 more cycles. If she does need an increase at that time, it would be by 0.25 units.
