What kind of fountain do you have? I know some are a lot louder than others and price doesn't necessarily make a difference. I am sorry you spent good money on a nice fountain that's SO loud it even bothers you! Is there any chance you can return it? I don't know where you bought it or how long ago, but I know Chewy is very good about helping their customers get what they want.
I will look on the Chewy app, I bought it at Walmart about two months ago they will not return without a receipt and is the only model they have, and yeah the poop is a bit hard still, not as usual, and it I do not care how much time I need to spend on getting them better, I really have nothing to do except take care of them and my home is spotless, they are my priority, my, family I just don't want them to get sick where I cannot take care of them with this Forum and you guys I am broke, literally, for a Vet, ans it scares me and Coco is going thru the same as Corky so is not just Corky there are two, I appreciate so much all the time everyone takes to help me thank you so much I am going on Chewy right now and order the fountain if you could recommend which one by name it would be great before I spend on another failure.

It doesn't sound like they're terribly dehydrated if their skin pops right back. You're now giving 3ml, four times a day plus adding water to food?
Maybe do that for 1 more day, give the lactulose a chance to kick in. As for the squash and the psyllium goes, I wouldn't go overboard and be giving lactulose, squash and psyllium! You could easily end up with a worse problem with diarrhea.
If poops still keep coming and aren't rock hard, drop the syringed water to twice a day. You can always go back up if you need to but I'm sure you have other things you could be doing other than syringing 2 cats four times a day.
Just an FYI...squash and pumpkin are mostly fiber, so they don't generally cause a lot of problems with blood glucose levels unless your cat(s) are very carb-sensitive.
Don't know why you'd have trouble finding plain pumpkin though. It's always available at my Walmart . Something like
this is what you want. Only ingredient is pumpkin. You can also put it into ice cube trays, freeze it, pop the frozen chunks in a baggie and have them in the freezer any time you need to use them.
