I don't know if I've asked this before, but do you check for zero error before you use a syringe? That is, do you see if the top of plunger aligns with the zero mark when fully pressed?
When you first use a syringe, push the plunger all the way in to see if it lines up with the printed zero line. A lot of syringes have their markings way off and that affects the accuracy of the dose. Especially with smaller doses every little bit matters. I have been wondering whether she is getting a consistent dose. You could either set aside faulty syringes or try to adjust the dose after providing for the error - if you know what I mean.Nope, i didn't check for any zero error so far. Should I be checking on them from now on? And if it's not aligned, what should I be doing?
