? Dosage suggestion- Noah 18/10

Hey everyone

Noah is 1 year diabetic . We didn’t find yet a way to regulate him and @Wendy&Neko and @tiffmaxee suggest me now Noah will gain a reduction just if he goes less than 2.2 - 40. I just see him bouncing numbers even more

it’s this normal? His preshoot number are so high especially in the morning .
Can be that he will never be regulated ? Any other suggestion?

He's not used to seeing numbers under 100, much less under 50 (2.8). The more he sees numbers in the normal BG range, he'll get used to them and bounce less.

It took my Neko a year on insulin before she stopped bouncing to the 400's. It took a while, but I eventually got her better regulated. Some cats just take longer than others.

Just check your Ss as well , I just want to make sure I’m doing the right thing to go so strong on dosage on him
Yes probably he had diabetes for so long that now he need more time to get used to normal glucose numbers
