Sorry for the delay in posting her latest curve the same day (10/13), however, it is on her SS. Am contemplating increasing her dosage after waiting a while as the SLGS sticky recommended (actually, I've waited quite a while now), but still unsure if I'm right or by how much. I'm assuming: the lowest typical increase (from her current 0.25U to 0.50U)? Sorry for not having more BGs as of late, my work schedule has been hectic & have no co-parent or sitter, but she "has" been getting tested every 12h again since I found out at FDMB she was not actually in remission in mid-August like my vet told me. Any advice would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you.
Edit: Just realized a few recent BGs weren't in the cells when I could've sworn I'd finished it today, sorry. Up to date now.

I am not sure, it looks like from what the SLGS rules say, you should increase, but I prefer to tag people who know more!

So sorry, don't know what happened, I thought I brought my SS up to date today, but it looks like some really recent cells are still missing BGs so I just filled them in (no skips).

Why did you skip those doses? With SLGS you have choices when the preshot is under 150. Next time, stall and don’t feed. Retest in 20-30 minutes. If in the way up then feed and shoot. If still under or dropping, you want to gradually lower the no shot number provided you can monitor if needed.

How are you measuring 0.37? We usually increase in .25 increments.

I didn't double her dose to .50 (by adding. 25) because I didn't reach the next marker down (I only reached halfway to it), so I figured half of. 25 would be about .12 more units.

With all 100’s bg and some under 150 you will need to get some spot checks if you increase. It seems the nadir is after +6, as late as +9 so if there’s any way to set an alarm later in the night cycle to spot check it would be good.
