I just gave him high carb food .. and retest him in half an hour .. anything else I can do? I’m not at home in askying my pet sitter to do it
 
If he was diagnosed last October it’s been a year so reductions are earned if under 40 or if not holding reductions then three times in three different days under 50. Just test in 30 and if over 50 feed lc and test in 20-30 again. If still low feed hc every 20-30 until over 50 and then switch to lc. You want to be over 2 hours without hc. If the bg stays up test in an hour instead of half hour.

what is a low number that need high carb food ? less than 50?
And if the pet sitter cannot check in the next 2 hours u suggest me to go back home? I’m at the moment taking care of my parents so I’m not at home I’m feeling confused what to do now ..
 
Yes, less than 50 needs high carb food. Can the petsitter leave out a lot of high carb food if he/she cannot be around to test? Will Noah eat food if left out?

Update ! I came back home so I can stay on him
+3 he is 4.6 after he has high carb food 40 minutes ago .
Now how can I be sure that he didn’t go lower than 41 since I was not here and the pet sitter didn’t test twice to recheck
Would I stay with 1.50 unit tomorrow morning in the doubt ?
I will not test again in 20 minutes . For me to write 2 numbers in the same hour I have to put the @?

@Wendy&Neko and @tiffmaxee . He ate high food 2 hour ago last and he is now 5.5 . I gave him again low carb food now . U think I can sleep? also can u confirm he didn’t earn a reduction today right ?

If we didn't see it, it didn't happen. No reduction tomorrow.

If it's been 2 hours since he last ate HC, and he's drifting up, you can go to sleep.
