? 7/20 King AMPS 104, +2 99, +5 98

I’d definitely go to a drop dose before considering an otj trial. He might also need more time on 0.1 first. He’s looking great and getting so close. You want a strong remission so don’t rush the trial.

OTJ TRIALS:

Prior to starting an OTJ trial, one wants to see kitty mostly in the range of a healthy cat (50 - 80 mg/dL), but under 100 overall... with only occasional readings in the 100 - 120 range.

Remission is achieved when kitty can go 14 days without insulin while maintaining normal blood glucose values under 100 overall. Most will stay in the 50 - 80mg/dL range. Although, some willoccasionally experience BG numbers up to 120 mg/dL.

because of the baby, I still have 9 months to stay at home. I hope he's completely fine by then.. if he's not, I'll quit my job so I can give him his injections.
this thought worries me a lot

also these days in Greece it is very hot. I have air conditioning all day but I see that King is getting very hot. I don't know if the heat is to blame but I see blue numbers these days with the heat

I REALLY don’t think you will need to be worrying about King when it’s time t go back to work (and probably not much longer.). Enjoy this time with the baby and King. He’s doing so well.
